Lindholmen Innovation District
Over the past 25 years, Lindholmen has developed into a true innovation district with 400 companies, schools, housing, services, culture, and not least, transport links that tie the area even closer to Gothenburg's city center.
Constant development through collaboration for sustainable innovation is one of the area's hallmarks. And all the components that the various businesses contribute will continue to add to Lindholmen's attractiveness. Here you'll find Western Sweden's mobility cluster, tech companies, an exciting food scene, first-class hotels and conference facilities, education, research centers, and culture in a wonderful mix.
Here, we want to collaborate to continue developing Lindholmen into Sweden's most attractive place for people to live, work, study, research, and experience around the clock. Lindholmen Innovation District is Gothenburg's most knowledge-intensive and expansive area, as well as an important hub for the growing city. Today, approximately 30,000 people spend their time here every day, and this number is growing as more companies, businesses, and residences are established.
Lindholmen Innovation District is an attractive and stimulating environment where people want to work and thrive. An area buzzing with life and energy, offering opportunities to meet and share ideas. A place where art meets science, and theory meets practical application.
